Cybercrime doesn’t just steal money. It hijacks trust, rewires lives, and leaves silence in its place.
Yet some survivors speak up anyway.
Trauma connected four survivors of cybercrime: Beth, Jennifer, Brian and Debbie. Their stories may not be the same, yet their trauma was deeply understood. With courage, they tested a pilot peer-support, mindfulness group, giving their healing a safe place to land, and each other a soft place to rise. That group is FLOW Circle, built by and for survivors.
Courage and community keep us rising.
The voices you’ll read here are real. And their impact is ongoing.
Now, that impact is growing in a specific way—FLOW Circle is expanding to welcome new groups of survivors.
✨ If you’re a survivor of cyber-enabled crime and seeking connection, calm, or clarity—you’re not alone. 📩 Learn more or request to join a future FLOW Circle by contacting Debbie (me) here.
It takes rare strength to talk about one of life’s most devastating betrayals... especially when the public still asks, How could this happen? or worse, Why didn’t you see it coming?
Going public as a cybercrime survivor isn’t about attention. It’s about reclaiming truth, stopping the shame cycle, and raising awareness for others still trapped in silence.
BETH'S STORY
Beth shattered the silence by publishing her true story, and she hasn’t stopped there.
She’s bravely shared her experience in podcasts, TV interviews, and direct conversations with federal lawmakers, helping to educate the public and push for legislative change around romance fraud and cyber-enabled crime.
“It’s not only psychological, but biological—because they know how to target the chemicals in the brain: serotonin, dopamine, and oxytocin. No one is immune to this. We are victims of a crime, and it’s no one’s fault.”
Beth’s message is urgent and clear: this isn’t just about online dating scams. It’s about emotional manipulation, biological vulnerability, and the need to change the narrative—from money lost to money stolen, from falling for a scam to being targeted and defrauded.

JENNIFER'S STORY
Jennifer speaks straight from the heart. Through her raw, real vlogs on her Scam Survivor Vlog channel on YouTube and Instagram, she shares the emotional reality of surviving cybercrime—grief, healing, and the messy in-between. Her honesty creates space for others to feel seen and validated in their own recovery.
She’s also an artist whose healing journey flows through every brushstroke. In her debut line, The Jennifer Collection,, what began as a hand colorfully covered in leftover paint became art itself—a powerful symbol of her resilience others can embrace. That same painted hand now lives on in her Resilient design, featured on custom merchandise that carries affirming words and bold colors—created to uplift and empower others navigating trauma and loss.

BRIAN'S STORY
Brian turned his pain into purpose and gave others a place to be heard.
He founded the CCSARP podcast, a space where cybercrime survivors are invited to speak freely about their lived experiences. Each episode dives into the emotional and financial devastation of online fraud, giving voice to those who have too often been silenced or dismissed.
Brian’s podcast, which includes his lifelong buddy, Mike, is more than a platform. It’s a lifeline. He doesn’t just invite survivors to speak—he listens, amplifies, and educates. Listeners include victims, families, friends, and the public who are finally beginning to understand what this crime really is: a theft of identity, trust, and peace of mind.

DEBBIE'S STORY (yours truly)
As the founder of FLOW With Debbie Fox, I’ve been in the empowerment business since 2018—offering inspiration, custom-designed merchandise, and blogs that uplift others to live with intention, joy, and empowerment.
After surviving a sophisticated cyber-enabled crime that stole more than money—it stole my trust in myself and others, and sense of security—I stepped into a new kind of purpose.
Today, I'm a published author sharing my story of psychological manipulation through the voice of Natalie. The sequel is forthcoming (Fall 2025). I also created and co-facilitate FLOW Circle, the peer-guided support model mentioned above, rooted in trauma-informed, mindfulness healing. FLOW Journal: A Companion for Healing and Renewal is the foundation. I’m also a public speaker on the Lifecycle of Cybercrime, collaborating with cross-sector experts, investigators, legislators and victim advocates to spotlight how this global crime unfolds and how we can disrupt it.
My advocacy work has sharpened state-level focus in Colorado, where I’ve engaged with lawmakers on a 3-pillar strategy to improve prevention, response, and restoration for victims of cybercrime and fraud.
