We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at our discretion, including those that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@flowwithdebbiefox.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Items reported after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement.
Shipping & Delivery
All items are made to order once your purchase is placed.
Production typically takes 2–9 business days, followed by shipping times of approximately 5–12 business days within the United States, depending on your location.
You will receive an order confirmation after purchase and tracking information once your order ships.
Orders are fulfilled from locations closest to you when possible, using specialized manufacturing processes selected for each product.
Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.
