Because each item is made to order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We stand behind the quality of every item. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@flowwithdebbiefox.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement.

Items reported after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first, as return instructions may vary depending on the product.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All items are made to order once your purchase is placed.

Production typically takes 2–9 business days, followed by shipping times of approximately 5–12 business days within the United States, depending on your location.

You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a separate email with tracking information so you can monitor delivery.

Orders are fulfilled from locations closest to you when possible, using specialized manufacturing processes selected for each product.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays or high-demand periods.

Because of this production model, all sales are final and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@flowwithdebbiefox.com and including your order number and supporting photos.

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
