Each item is custom made especially for you once your order is placed. Because it is produced on demand rather than in bulk, delivery times may be slightly longer. This approach allows us to offer a wide range of merchandise without the cost of carrying inventory while ensuring your item is created specifically for you.
You will receive an order confirmation by email once your purchase is completed. When your merchandise ships, a separate email with tracking information will be sent so you can monitor delivery.
Shipping & Returns
All merchandise is final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. If your item arrives damaged, please email info@flowwithdebbiefox.com within seven (7) days of delivery, including your order number and a clear photo, so we can arrange a replacement promptly.
