Each item is custom made especially for you once your order is placed. Because it is produced on demand rather than in bulk, delivery times may be slightly longer. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your purchase is completed. When your merchandise ships, a separate email with tracking information will be sent so you can monitor delivery.
All merchandise is final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.
