Production & Fulfillment
How are items made? Each item is made to order once your purchase is placed, so it’s created specifically for you.

How long does production take? Production typically takes 2–9 business days, depending on the item and current demand.

Shipping
How long does shipping take? Shipping times vary by location but generally range from 5–12 business days within the U.S. after production.

Will I receive tracking information? Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its progress.

Order Fulfillment
Where are items shipped from? Orders are fulfilled from locations closest to you, using specialized manufacturing processes selected for each product.

Returns & Issues
Can I return or exchange my item? Because each item is made to order, returns and exchanges aren’t available unless your item arrives damaged.

What if my item arrives damaged? If something isn’t right, we’ll take care of it. Please email info@flowwithdebbiefox.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Product Quality
Will my item look exactly like the mockup? Each item is produced using high-quality printing methods. Minor variations in color or placement can occur as part of the process.

Sustainability
Why are items made to order? Producing items on demand helps reduce overproduction and waste while allowing us to offer a wide range of designs without holding excess inventory.

Gives Back
Do purchases support IAFCI? Yes. $5 from every IAFCI merchandise item purchased online is donated by Flow With Debbie Fox LLC to IAFCI to support its organizational and member initiatives. Excludes select custom and bulk orders.
